maybe it is just the players having a competition to see who can get the most outrageous rumour to believed my the fans. Probably with bonus points for inclusion of the words pugnophobia, bearded lady and chopsticks. Though I think Lisbie must be winning by getting people to believe he is actually a striker.

Either that or some people just have far too much time on their hands and good supply of illegal substances.
