Doesn't seem daft to me

He's trading on the name and reputation of the club and he knows it.

Intellectual property rights are a bit of a minefield but the Club's legal team have a reasonable responsibility to take a zero tolerance position.

And to suggest he felt bullied is pathetic. It's the law, mate. Deal with it.
