well, yes I suppose. It's like Rangers being relegated in scotchland

The Argentine is nowhere near as s**t as scotland, as its very competitive with plenty of good teams, but River and Boca are miles bigger than everyone else.
Also not that easy to be promoted so it's a weird situation. I don't thnk they (or Boca) have ever been relegated before).
