Was training in Tuesday in further pursuit of the final 11lbs I have to lose (have so far lost 57lbs. Determined to reach 160lbs, middleweight limit) (lots of boxing training, lots of dieting, lots of running, lots of circuit training).
Anyhow, was doing 10k over a longish lunch. Got to 8.5k and turned an ankle a bit on a kerb. And it still aches.
Mind you, got my 10km best down to 47:41 according to the run tracking thing i've got. With a lost 30 seconds caused by hobbling for approximately 500m.
