I'm not entirely sure

Good morrow young sir and greetings from Scotland. Overall Forster had a good season with Celtic but he did spill a couple in the big games when the pressure was on. Beyond that he was largely up against players of lower to middle English League standard and wasn't greatly tested.
The situation then is as you were. He still hasn't competed at the highest level so no-one will really know how good he is until he does. Frankly I don't think he is any better than John Ruddy.
