He was in a band for a bit, quite similar to interpol

and I knew some of the mums who helped out when they started. It was all quite amusing. They were pretty good, and got some play on radio one's starting out shows

He split them up cos he has a completely different music direction. He pissed a lot of people off who I knew (parents of the other members who felt like they were part of some rock and roll plan)

I found it quite funny
