They froze my accounts for 6 days without any explanation, because a letter they sent, did get to my address
Had no money for 6 days, and they just preached that it was for my own security
I asked if I could use the invest direct card, seeing as they brag about it not being an in branch service (or a postal account). Of course, in that instant, that service was frozen too
They acted like I had the problem when I cancelled. 6 days without access to money, properly sucked
