Actually it kind of shows dissension in the ranks at FIFA.........

Obviously some kind of deal was worked out with Warner to jump in return for dropping all charges.........and him probably keeping quiet on the things he knows......

But.......some of the commitee who have investigated Warner are not happy. They have to follow orders so all they can do is release the report on the sly.

I fully expect Warner to keep quiet and mysteriously get another job at FIFA when this all blows over.

Or maybe get payed off so he keeps quiet what he knows about other top FIFA officials.

Warner threatened a tsunami....... it worked.......

Its fair to assume if he had nothing it wouldnt have worked and he would have been brought down.

What is stunning is that FIFA thinks that this makes them look good when it makes them look as dirty as most people think they are.

Blatter didnt lie when he said that FIFA would take care of it.
