How about telling you how many tickets there were?

Or doing something about limiting the number of applications that could be made?

Or how about some redistribution of tickets to those who received multiple wins in the draw?

Or how about actually bloody selling the tickets that will be available rather than keep nearly a million in reserve?

Just a few suggestions.
