Couple of things

A) should imagine 12k is a low estimate. Take Vaughan for example must have been on a wedge at Everton. Even Morison was on 8k at Millwall
B) pretty sure the 37 million will take into account all new signings for the term of the contract .e.g 3 years that way existing incomes can fund wage budget in the event we are relegated and we can pay down some debt.
C) the champ is a tough leg to get out of and getting harder. We must buy as many good players as we can and be as ambitious as we can. We will never have a better chance to stay here. if we get relegated promotion is far from certain
