Re: speculation, wroth passim

I wouldn't have said that all the speculation was pointless, had I been about yesterday. If it entertains people or they get some other pleasure out of it then all well enough, and who am I to argue otherwise?

I just don't pay any attention to it myself, I might read snippets and bits and pieces on here, but I don't go any further than that. Never really read the sports pages of the papers - very occasionally columns and match reviews, but never transfer stories.
