my brother live in Ireland and early last season he told his boy that if Norwich got promoted he would take the boy to see Chelsea.

He thought he was on a pretty safe bet there but although his son is a Chelsea fan he started to pay particular attention to Norwich.

Now it`s pay up time. What are his chances of getting a ticket for Wigan v Chelsea
