they were never really suitable for their jobs and have just developed this s**t way of coping with them. I could be there for 10 years...doesn't mean I'd become a c**t.

They are all on to a good thing. Good redundancy terms and pensions. That is why civil service management is like being back at school...to keep the lazy f**kers in check
