and I'm totally with you. I worked in a District office and by the end of my contract our register had almost doubled, I was doing 15 interviews a day (when not deputising for the Manager) and it was s**t hard work. Come Friday your an emotional cabbage. What f**ked me off was that us fixed termers (FTC's) were supposed to change the face of the DWP and that never happened. So many permanent staff in that place who couldn't give a f**k which goes against human nature given the job.
