extra funds for the January window

Let's say that in December the club asked for an 'advance' from each fan (minimum ?100) that would be matched 3:1 by the NCFC Board. The loan would be offset against ST in future seasons.

Ignoring the minor issues of legality/tax, does the wrath wisdom (contradiction, I know) think that:

a) it is a plan that might work
b) that enough fans would commit to make it worth while?
