This Villa/Birmingham business

McLeish has resigned but Birmingham haven`t accepted it yet.
Meanwhile Villa reckon thay can now speak to him

I`m not sure Villa can do anything because untill Birmingham accept his resignation he is still under contract.

ould Birmingham could refuse and put him on gardening leave for the rest of his contract.
