I liked that little pop up info screen on the footy just now

Javi Martinez. Age 22. Wtf is the point in making it an under 21 tournament but allowing 3 over age (i think its 3?) players in it? It's gone on for ages but just makes no real sense.

Isn't the rule that if they played in the qualifiers then they can play in the tournament
