I really don't know very much to be honest Iwan. My grandfather was..

simply the kindest man when I was growing up. When I was at school and ill I had to go to Nan and Grandads because dad was always working. He would come limping up and give me a big kiss on the forehead and then tell me stories by his old 'Grandad chair' as we called it next to the fire. He always let me light his Malboro which I remember vividly. He had plates in his legs which you could tap and hear the metal under the skin. Might sound strange but he always laughed and called them his shrapnel legs. :) I once had a pull out card with the cockpit from the Concorde and I remember he laughed in his husky Polish english voice and pointed at the stick and said that's all you need to fly. I've sent the link to my Uncle for the Polish thing, he will be interested although he may have it already. I searched his name Adam Rymarz on the site but it doesn't come up but then there were a lot of people. My uncle as I say will be interested. Thanks Iwan.
