Not worried about that...

...it's all the slivers of glass, metal and wood in the mud that are most dangerous, plus the fact that we will be in a coastal area. We have been told to take a load of protective gear, which I have bought but wearing it all will just make me really hot...oh well, I need to lose a few pounds...sweating it off is a good a way as any...
