and no, getting a player from another Premiership club doesn't automatically mean they cannot hack it any more - could well be that the selling club have just bought themselves a newer more expensive and shinier version and so the player is now surplus to requirements

what we achieved this year we achieved with Elliott Ward, Leon Barnett, Andrew Surman 2 of which had previously been part of successful promotion winning teams and certainly all 3 had proven themselves at the new level
