That's quicker than me - 52:something is my best 10k.

I usually finish in the top half of the field, if not the top third, so yeah, I reckon you're doing pretty well there.

We've just taken a new boy on in the office who does 10k in 33 minutes. I finished the Great Manchester 10k in 14,000th-odd position out of 38,000. He finished in 81st place.

I am rather a plodder, to be honest.
