Just been to the Apple store and been given a new iPhone
My iPhone 4 was having intermittent trouble with the home button not registering clicks.
I just booked an appointment through my iPhone, was seen straight away by a very friendly attractive young lady and she gave me a new one on the spot.
You really can't beat service like that.
