No idea of the validity of this btw -

I posted the link on a Millwall message board and had a couple of sensible responses, one of which thought it might have been as high as 33%, which is still massive.

And of course, sell on clauses are normally payable immediately whereas transfer payments are often installments.

This might explain the delay.
