It begins with The Hero explaining his methods for surviving in a world full of Zombies. The First Rule is Cardio, and he demonstrates this by going into a shop at night, being chased out by zombies, running to his car, putting the keys in the lock, then running around in a circle until he's opened up some distance again before returning to his car and getting in. Rule Two, he says: always check the back seat (turns round and shoots the zombie that's somehow got into his car).

Good fun, and Woody Harrelson's a star in it. And Amber Heard proves that she'd still definitely get it if she were the walking undead.
