The reason why hucks is not starting and flem not being captain

Huckerby and Fleming had a punch up sometime before the Ipswich game so Fleming had the captains armband taken off him, thus he did not captain the side on tuesday night against Northampton, and hucks has been made to sit on the bench to show him that he is not bigger than the club.
