I don't know who asked it but . . How did we know he was the real deal?

As if that needed to be asked? 19 goals in half a season in a poor Crewe side, he had a turn of pace for his size, great skill and technique, If you didn't know his best foot you could never tell he was that strong on both sides, great strength, good in the air. . He was the complete forward!!! It was obvious to anybody who had seen him play!
