zero judicial process

was it proven that the luke bloke was actually responsible for the original offensive message (i don't understand twitter so please bear with me...)? chances are it was but should the club not be slightly more circumspect as if they acted in haste they could lay themselves open to a bit of the old legal action.

just saying like.

i am not a racist. for the record. just in case it looks like i am turning into a luke whotsit apologist/ supporter. which i'm not. for the cd.
