Why would any club pay a ton of money for CMS?

Sure he is a decent player but the fact he has one year left and refuses to sign another contract (wants away) should make his value far less.

Lets say Boro want 2.5 million for him..........

How many PL teams are going to be interested when for that kind of money they can buy someone who is proven at the champs level or even PL level (DJ Cambell)

How many champs clubs can afford to shell out 2.5 million for 1 player......... virtually none.

I predict he goes for way less than the 2 million we offered in Jan.

I know Fry said a ton of clubs are interested but thats not the same as getting your cheque book out.

A ton of clubs were/are interested in Joe Lewis but none wanted to pay the 1 million they wanted.
The best offer they had was less than the 400K they paid us for him.
