I think one would be decent enough business to give us an extra option and way of playing

be difficult to find two for reasonable money that could make an impact at Prem level and be happy to sit on the bench for many matches as in Lambert's two years here, he has set us up in a diamond formation with the full backs providing the width as 1/2 midfielders provided cover when they bombed forward.

If we signed two wingers and started to play a traditional 4-4-2 then I am worried about the time it would take to change our style and system to suit the wingers and also I feel 4-4-2 is one of the easiest systems to counteract in the modern game unless you have wingers of real quality like Spurs do in Bale and Lennon.
