Web and mobile development

I'll be looking to split my time between client projects and personal projects.

I don't see any long term benefit to spending all my time on client work as you're always chasing the next job.

Does anyone have a good idea I can steal Mark Zuckerberg style? I quite like the idea of being a billionaire.
