The Lambert Contract.

firstly let me state........ obviously worth every penny.

Normally a club wont go into details of the money but will often let it be known what the length of the contract is?

Can anyone suggest a reason why the club would say its.......a 3 year deal or an improved 12 month rolling contract.

They havnt been shy in the past announcing the length of contract.

Even if we are relegated, we arnt sacking him so a long term deal makes sense plus it protects us when a bigger club comes sniffing, we can get huge compo.

Its pretty obvious its going to happen within the next year or two.

To be honest I actually like the fact that Lambert might be the highest paid person at the club rather than a player.
