I think he is pretty much keeping with the formula that got him here.

I do expect most of our signings to be players who have little top flight experience and are hungry to play in the PL.

Its obvious we arnt going to be signing a ton of "names" looking for one last pay day. (and leave if we go down)

Which is f**king great news.

Buying younger unknown players is the way to go as they have resale value if they do well.
