Spotify - 'elp!

As I am always at the very bleeding edge of technology, I have just downloaded Spotify (not heard of it? get with the times, Granddad!). I would like to use the 'Radio' feature, but can't find it anywhere. From screenshots it seems like it should be in the menu on the left, but it's not there. Is it still a feature of the free version, and if it is, where the bloody hell is it?
