Took my Dad there when he was about 82

He loved it. Went again on my own on my way home from a Norwich match a few years later. A Spit and a Typhoon took off together and then did a low level fly past before heading off to Goodwood. He'd have loved that even more, being a Southampton boy (home of the Spit) and spending several years in retirement as a volunteer at the R J Mitchell Museum in Southampton.
