they just finished 10th. What should they be doing?

teams above them - Man Utd, Chelsea, Man City, Arsenal, Tottenham, Liverpool, Everton, Fulham and Villa

Who out of them should Sunderland definitely be finishing above? At a push Fulham I suppose. But not obvious anyone else...?
