If we look at their fan base..........

they are an upper champs club at best.

Even clubs who get 15K in the champs would get 20-25K in the PL.

Their current fan base is probably as big as its going to get.

If Norwich had the seats..... I could see home gates of 30-35K in the PL.

This would never happen in Wigan.
