I think it's to do with them not being able to discriminate between the sexes

Basically there have been more accidents with more people claiming thanks to the claim on sight attidute with even more people driving uninsured means that people like me who haven't ever claimed but need a car have to foot the bill, it sucks but it should drop again in the next couple of years providing things calm down
