If Lambo's intelligent, he'll realise that he's still learning

He's a quick study, and he improved through the past two seasons, and you could say he's got the Championship figured by now. However, the Prem will be much more difficult again, and the sooner he gets into it the better - he must realise there's no point in delaying that challenge. I expect him to make mistakes, but to make them once only, and by the end of next season everyone will see if he's capable of keeping a team in the Prem, not just getting them there. If he keeps us up, I'm pretty sure he'll move on.
