I'm in Royston - paying ?475pcm for a room in a house

(to be fair, it's an en suite double room and a 3 bed detached house with a massive garden, parking etc)

I just can't see me ever buying now - 'cos I spend all my money and won't bother saving for a deposit.

Missus has a house in Whitstable, though, mortgaged - so can see me ending up down there ultimately
