I thought, and still do think, Francis is an excelent player, but over recent weeks his heart hasn't been here.

I can understand why too. If he's already agreed a move elsewhere (probably to Charlton) he's not going to get stuck in. One injury and the move could break down and he'll be stuck in Norwich (where his home is always going to be London) next season too.
