Increasing decreptitude, ending up stuck in a gilded wheelchair pulled by corgis, having her gin through a drip, someone having to mush up all her Duchy Originals for her cos she's got no teeth left, old Big Ears staring malovently at her whispering "hurry up and die" under his breath, losing her teeth, constipation, enemas (imagine being the doctorist chosen to stick a pipe up the Royal arsehole, you'd be nervous), can't see the racing any more, queuing for her pension. Can't even look forward to a telegram from herslef. Rubbish.
