i think Holt has been priced by various websites at anywhere between ?275k and ?750k, Wessi allegedly had a ?250k release clause at Blackpool that we made use of (though Gilks went in the opposite direction on top of that ?250k so i dunno how that was supposed to have worked) and i think we've paid ?500k for the Norfolk Cafu in add-ons alone, so them plus whatever his original fee was. Also there were reports of Surman costing ?1.2m - though that was taken from a dodgy figure as to how much he cost Woolufs*
