each day on here, someone from the past 2-3 years is mentioned, given a right old condemning as being the reason we're in the cack, and then it fizzles out

The next day, it's someone else

On paralell, you can pick players from our current squad who've had little to do with the first team, and question what they've done, and how they earn their crust here

There's not a great deal of difference, except Lambert did something to convince our board to invest heavilly, whilst other managers didn't have what Lambert had to get what they wanted (Iversen, Ched Evans, Tiny, Lita etc etc)

Because they didn't get investment, they persisted with free transfers or loans

That vicious circle ended this season when we invested heavilly, and did so whenever Lambert requested (Barnett, Lansbury, Edwards for Barnett, Pacheco for Simeon)

It's not about "I don't want another Henville here", you got one in Edwards, it's already happened again, and will do again. The difference is, well, the board and Lambert
