Yeah I'm pretty excited about in the main, we are a bit of a crown jewel

currently so I've got no concerns.

You never know of course, but it would make no sense to close or move us.
I'm hoping the extra financial muscle will allow us (locally) to properly grow a pretty decent business model, and give me opportunities to do some real training again, just at a point I'd started to look around!

Agree on the fit, its essentially Retail with Wholesale and we've been performing well recently.
