Ntl are dickheads

Finally managed to install my new t'internet. Couldn't do it for ages because got to the part where you put in your name and PIN number and it told me there were problems. I ring them up (at some extortinate rate I should think) and the numb nuts had spelt my name wrong.

Dickheads. The 2mb is flying though. V speedy
