Haven't heard much about his personality?

A bit of arrogance must be justified after 22 goals as a winger. He's clearly well about championship level. He's the best player in that league for me. Taarabt is over rated in my opinion. I remember people saying wes' attitude wouldn't fit in with the Norwich way though . . .

Sinclair signing here would make me doing Tierney cartwheels ! admittedly its probably a dream!
