Paul Lambert. Honestly, who knew? Was he on anyone's radar? How did McNally know?

I didn't! It wasn't that I didn't want him, I just hadn't really heard of him - apart from the way his team had thrashed ours the week before.

Can anyone remember what the chatter was like on here when he was signed?

Unbelievable kudos to McNasty and the board. Is he on some super-dooper contract now that will protect us/give us lots of compo should he be poached?
