As for the alleged admission of liability, this is denied. In fact, the true position is that the Innocent Victim of the Wedgeboy had received a terrible impact and his left foot was covered in leaking hydraulic fluid. When Wedgeboy approached him (in a swearing and abusive manner), my client's reponse, in his shock, was "It's all over my foot!" and NOT "It's all my fault" as is alleged
