Well tbf, most of the admin is in the Jarrold now

but take your point - the City Stand is so inflexible, and small, that the whole thing'll have to come down.

Best case scenario - IMO - 'safe' by March / April 2012, plan to knock it down from May 2012 - up and running - one tier at least - by Sept / Oct 2012, with the upper opening in Jan / Feb.

Will of course be complicated by forewarning affected season ticket renewals in Jan 2012 that they may be displaced.
