Bin Laden has just broadcast a public message on Al Jazeera TV

Whilst speaking he laughed and said "Ipswich were s**t last weekend" ... British intelligence sources were quick to inform their US counterparts and the world media that the message could have been recorded at anytime in the last 10 years.
